Real Estate Sales Professional

Crye-Leike Realtors is seeking a skilled and motivated Independent Real Estate Agent to join our team. As an Independent Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for advising clients on every facet of the real estate sales and purchasing process.
Our ideal candidate will excel in customer service, understand the intricacies of home purchases and sales, and be able to effectively communicate with clients to meet their real estate needs. This position is best suited for an individual who is self-motivated and enjoys working independently.
As a Real Estate Agent, you will earn money for each transaction you complete, with the potential to earn $50,000 - $100,000 per year or more. The more work you put into establishing a client base, the more money you will earn.
Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the real estate licensing process.
Job Responsibilities:- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Advise clients on the state of the local real estate market and answer questions about contracts, terms of sale, and other parts of the real estate process.
- Utilize computer technology to manage a database of customers and prospects, and proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow-up on real estate transactions.
- Manage marketing and advertising efforts through websites, mail-outs, and open houses to attract new clients and grow your business.
