Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work
  • Assist with turnkey operations, preparing vacant units for rent by performing various repairs and accurately posting status of work orders
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with other staff members, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and company guidelines
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized vocational training or certification in HVAC, electrical wiring, or plumbing preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in building and facility maintenance; experience as a handyman or in home renovations a plus
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; read and write in English at an intermediate level
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
