Maintenance Technician

Twin Farms is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and renovations, to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Assist in the management of maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our facilities' systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in building maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and small appliance repair.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- OSHA General Industry certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
