About the Role

Twin Farms is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
  • Perform repairs and renovations as needed, including light duty construction and painting.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in building maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and small appliance repair.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
  • Basic soldering skills and ability to read and sketch blueprints.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
