Twin Farms Maintenance Technician Job Description

Twin Farms, a renowned Five Star hotel, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage routine maintenance tasks and respond to corrective maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to maintain high standards of appearance and functionality across all properties.
  • Assist in the safe operation of Twin Farms' water, wastewater, and storm water systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of general experience in building, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and small appliance repair.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal codes.
  • Basic soldering skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex maintenance problems independently or in conjunction with contracted tradespersons.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including customer-oriented disposition towards staff and guests.
