Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Secure Network Analytics, XDR Analytics, and Telemetry Broker
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and outages
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve customer operations, security posture, and incident response
  • Manage customer issues through the CRM database, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of Methods of Procedure (MOP) and action plans for post-sales projects
  • Document and communicate security vulnerabilities to customers, providing recommendations for mitigation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's Degree is a plus
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and administering Network and Security products, devices, and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong technical knowledge in Network flow-based telemetry, Cisco Security, and Cisco Networking and Platforms
  • Ability to learn new technologies and expand core knowledge
