We are seeking a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST to join our team in Chicago. As part of our Public Health mission, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while following company policies and best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their business, markets, and needs.
  • Plan and execute the welcoming and onboarding process for assigned accounts.
  • Answer customer inquiries, identify requirements, and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • You have advanced knowledge of food testing methods or scientific processes.
  • With 5+ years of experience in customer service in the food or beverage industry, you possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You are able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
