In addition to the primary responsibilities outlined above, all positions are also accountable for:
- Meeting the company's standards for both quantity and quality of work on an ongoing basis, ensuring compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Following company guidelines regarding workplace behavior while executing job responsibilities.

Compensation: Hourly Pay Rate Range: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
Physical Requirements:
The role requires the ability to handle, manipulate, or assemble small parts and components. The work environment may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing and repetitive tasks. Occasionally, the role may require exerting up to 10 lbs. of force. Employees may encounter various substances and work in environments with elevated noise levels. Proper protective equipment is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in English with basic mathematical skills and computer literacy.
- Familiarity with basic mechanical and electrical repair practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced operational knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
