Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Project Manager to manage engineering projects spanning various security levels for a government program office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and project management, with the ability to lead technical efforts and provide program, systems engineering, and acquisition support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems.
  • Technical Leadership: Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
  • System Integration: Apply engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.
  • Software Development: Analyze, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military weapons systems associated support systems, or management information systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering or Science field.
  • Experience: 6 years of experience in a relevant Engineering or Science field.
Desired Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts associated with all program phases of product development.
  • Program Management: Technical depth and breadth in an Engineering discipline.
  • Government Experience: Providing program, systems engineering, and acquisition support to the government team lead.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate with Government team counterparts.
Clearance Requirements
  • Active Top Secret Clearance: Required.
