Job Title: Senior Program Engineer

Join V2X, a leading provider of smart solutions for integrating physical and digital infrastructure, as a Senior Program Engineer. In this role, you will support the execution of classified advanced development research and development (R&D) programs, working closely with customers to define new capabilities and develop program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of classified advanced development R&D programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to define new capabilities, identify gaps, and develop program objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including statements of work, performance work statements, and specifications, to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Coordinate technical reviews, data analysis, and reports, monitoring and reporting team and contract status/execution to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Serve as the systems engineer for team project technical execution, coordination, risk management, and communication of concerns and issues with program management and technical leadership.
  • Coordinate functions between government and contractor project leads and engineers, operational subject matter experts, warfighters, and military leaders involved in program planning and execution.
  • Support and provide insight to determine the effectiveness of project execution, recommending modifications to task processes for future project activities or design reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or Federal Investigative Standard Tier 5 (TS) or Tier 5 Reinvestigation (TSR).
  • Final Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance.
  • Eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Ten (10) years of experience with one or more of the following areas: Weapon Systems, Mission Planning Systems, Avionics Systems, Survivability Analysis, and Program Management.
  • Two (2) years of experience coordinating operations across multiple organizational boundaries.
  • Two (2) years of experience working in a classified program security environment.
