Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant at OneTouch Direct, you will oversee and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the company.
2. Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies tailored to the local job market to engage high-quality candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and community partnerships.
3. Conduct thorough assessments of candidates via phone and in-person interviews, focusing on their qualifications, experience, and alignment with our company culture.
4. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify specific staffing needs and offer expert advice on recruitment best practices.
5. Maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the hiring process, thus enhancing their overall experience.
6. Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to organize candidate information, monitor hiring metrics, and produce relevant reports.
7. Stay informed about trends in the local job market and continuously refine recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
