  • Complete service tickets according to company procedures and standards.
  • Manage inventory and track stock levels to ensure necessary parts are available.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and uniforms to the highest standards.
  • Set a positive example for less experienced technicians and promote a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse customers.
  • Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Standard computer skills and ability to use industry-standard software.
  • Own industry-standard hand tools and be able to use them effectively.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and crawl in tight spaces.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new techniques and approaches.
  • Previous experience as a commercial HVAC/R technician required.
  • Universal EPA certification required.
