Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager, Clinical Informatics to lead our team of Clinical Informaticists. This role requires a strong background in nursing or a related healthcare discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams and work with client IT and clinical units to deliver solutions aligned with standard processes meeting project success criteria.
  • Demonstrate high performance in people management and people development.
  • Be an ambassador for informatics, healthcare IT, and using technology to improve healthcare practices and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate outstanding performance in account management and understand and monitor national and regional healthcare trends, specifically around nursing sensitive indicators.
  • Use data to tell the story by tracking and explaining metrics and use that data to influence and execute on strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or other related healthcare discipline required.
  • MBA, MSN or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience required, consisting of 5 years in nursing or related healthcare field with 2 of those years in a management or leadership role in a healthcare setting, and 3 years of industry experience working cross-divisionally and collaboratively.
  • Clinical consultant experience in clinical workflow analysis or process design preferred.
  • Experience in supporting healthcare technology such as nursing informatics preferred.
