Requirements
  • Education and Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.

Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate to high levels of noise. The successful candidate will be required to stand and walk for extended periods and may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
