Job Title: Field Service Technician - Direct-to-Object Printing

LSINC Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, troubleshooting and repairing digital equipment, and training customers on the proper use and maintenance of our direct-to-object printing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding support to our clients, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.
  • Use your electro-mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair devices, performing both on-site and remote installations and repairs of direct-to-object digital equipment.
  • Train customers on the proper use, maintenance, and digital file preparation for their equipment.
  • Effectively communicate and gather data to identify, analyze, and resolve service requirements. Document and communicate solutions clearly through reports and verbal updates.
  • Provide on-site service and remote troubleshooting as needed, managing your travel and territory efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting logs for service activities and billing.
Requirements:
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Strong skills in customer relations and communication, with a genuine desire to help and educate clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Eagerness to learn and engage with the latest print production technologies. Experience in servicing inkjet printing or similar equipment is a plus.
  • Independent and Team Player: Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Detail-Oriented: Good color vision and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality service and maintenance.
  • Flexible and Adventurous: Willingness to travel frequently, including globally, as required.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Electro-Mechanical Proficiency: Experience in roles such as HVAC technician, electrician, automotive mechanic, or military roles with electro-mechanical skills.
  • Digital Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, and other video conferencing tools. Knowledge of workflow processing is a plus.
