We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our team of skilled engineers.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer on commercial, institutional, or educational projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including RFI's, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and procurement of necessary items.
- Assist the project manager with assigned tasks and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
- Outstanding leadership skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and comprehend plans and specifications, and to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivation and proactivity, with the ability to accomplish tasks without direct oversight.
