Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail store team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and collecting trash.
  • Support sales floor operations, including retrieving carts from the parking lot, vacuuming the front-end, and restocking coolers.
  • Collect and process customer returns, and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
