Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team at Express, Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of store associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with district and regional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and develop high-potential associates for future leadership roles
  • Manage store budgets and control expenses
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store culture

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail management experience, including responsibility for annual sales volume of $3 million plus
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, associates, and district and regional teams
  • Ability to travel periodically, as needed for meetings
  • Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds
