Job Summary

Mirbeau Inn & Spa is seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Expert Skincare Services: Deliver consistent, high-quality treatments in accordance with spa protocols and industry standards.
  • Product Knowledge and Education: Have in-depth knowledge of our spa products and formulas, and educate guests on their benefits and proper use.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa, and manage your time effectively to ensure timely completion of services.
  • Guest Communication and Satisfaction: Effectively inform and educate guests about our wellness programs, and provide accurate, timely responses to their requests, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Cost Control: Properly care for equipment and use products efficiently to assist with cost controls.
  • Team Collaboration and Support: Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings, and assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Possess key attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and pivot duties as needed.
  • Strong Communication and Guest Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and provide exceptional guest service.
  • Technical Skills: Have extensive knowledge of computer use and applications, and be proficient in using spa software and systems.
