Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a well-established franchise specializing in massage therapy, facial treatments, and hair removal services. With a strong presence across North America, we are recognized as a leader in the membership-based spa industry.
At our Hand & Stone location, you will have the chance to concentrate on your passion for skincare. We are in search of Licensed Estheticians who are eager to find a long-term position in a stable and supportive environment. Hand & Stone offers high-quality, results-oriented facial treatments in a nurturing setting. Our service menu features the latest advancements in skincare, including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.
Our Estheticians enjoy the chance to develop personalized treatment plans for clients, potentially incorporating multiple innovative treatment options. The membership model allows professionals to build lasting relationships with clients.

As an Esthetician, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your expertise in skincare and product knowledge will make you an integral part of our team. We handle appointment bookings and provide all necessary supplies, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients. Continuous education is a priority, with ongoing training available through our Education on Demand platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to members and guests through high-quality treatments
  • Design and recommend personalized treatment plans based on clients' skincare objectives
  • Engage in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
  • Meet sales targets set by spa management
  • Create a welcoming experience for members and guests with a friendly demeanor
  • Attract new clientele through member referrals and promotions
  • Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in treatment rooms and common areas

Qualifications:
  • Proven retail and in-room upgrade success
  • Must hold liability insurance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all spa services and product lines relevant to Estheticians
