Job Title: Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary:

Mirbeau Inn & Spa is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and other esthetic services, in accordance with spa protocols and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our spa products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their skincare needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to spa standards and protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare techniques and products.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the spa by providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services and products, and supporting spa events and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an Esthetician in the state of New York.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa or skincare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and services, including facials, waxing, and other esthetic treatments.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
