We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network. Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Customer Service: Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operations Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Call Center operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Services, Social Work, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a customer service or operations management role, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid State of Michigan Driver's License and a safe and acceptable driving record.
This is a hybrid position, with work performed in a home/office or at a designated on-site location. The schedule will vary based on the needs of the Call Center, with a focus on afternoons, midnights, and weekends.
