Job SummaryWe are seeking a Medical Assistant/Patient Liaison to assist our medical team with patient care, including patient triage, vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, injury treatment, and bracing and injections.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, medical assistance certification (preferred), and experience in a medical office environment.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, strong computer and telephone skills, and the ability to multi-task and work independently as part of a team.
The Medical Assistant/Patient Liaison will be responsible for maintaining the OSHA engineering controls log sheet, documenting all services performed for patients, receiving and processing laboratory results, and entering patient and other data into the computer as needed.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting in general office operations, including filing, phones, chart preparation, and other duties as directed.
