Key Responsibilities- Coach, mentor, and inspire veterinary clinic assistants to provide exceptional care and service to our clients and their pets.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve clinic efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for all aspects of clinic operations, including record-keeping, reporting, and communication with leadership.
- Drive company vans to and from clinics, ensuring safe and timely transportation of equipment and personnel.
- Promote a culture of safety and excellence in each clinic, upholding our brand promise and values.
- Direct clinic flow, utilizing effective communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Engage in regular one-on-one meetings with leadership for continued development and growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and assisting clients through the clinic process.
- Achieve goals set by management, including sales targets and operational metrics.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work weekends, varied weekdays, and times, including occasional overnights.
- Portion of workday spent in vehicle.
- Some outdoor clinic work and activities may be necessary.
- Ability to work for prolonged periods in the field, including 12-14 hour days.
- Navigate computer hardware and software.
- Comfort level in approaching clients to educate about our clinics.
