Clinical Supervisor

About the Role:
The Clinical Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to the primary care staff to ensure the residents' experience is seamless. They will work effectively with diverse populations and community agencies, including School Dept., DCF, DYS, Juvenile Court, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to counselors, case managers, recovery specialists, overnight awake staff, and interns.
- Train Substance Use Specialists and other program personnel in treatment protocols, diagnostic and bio psychosocial assessment, interpretation, and formulation.
- Develop and provide ongoing clinical and staff development and program planning.
- Establish a clinical practice policy, case conferencing, creating and reviewing treatment plans, as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments in settings where care must be coordinated between medical (MAT, Psychiatric) and behavioral.
- Provide direct service to residents of the Center (dependent upon the program and the skill level of the clinician in the clinical supervisory role).
- Meet clinical benchmarks for quality care.
Requirements:
- Independently licensed in Massachusetts in a mental health field (LMHC, LICSW, LADCI, LMFT).
- Possess a master's degree in a human services field from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative, analytical and decisive in problem solving.
- Demonstrated communications, administrative and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community agencies.
