Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and implementing impactful training sessions.
- Coordinating logistics for training events, ensuring proper communication and setup.
- Creating and maintaining educational materials and learning plans.
- Facilitating the use of training management systems.
- Monitoring employee training requirements and tracking completed courses.
- Communicating available training opportunities and guiding participation.
- Collaborating with management to effectively deliver training content.
- Acquiring necessary instructional materials and equipment for training purposes.
Required:
- A minimum of two years in a training capacity or a leadership role in construction that involved on-the-job training.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (consideration may be given for substantial relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Certification as an OSHA trainer.
- Possession of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Experience with safety management systems like HCSS Safety.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
- Expertise in construction safety practices and equipment.
- Ability to identify hazardous conditions and implement corrective actions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
- Strong analytical skills for problem resolution.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies including mentoring, coaching, and e-learning.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Capability to monitor compliance and performance.
- Adaptability to changing work environments and demands.
- Ability to follow and convey instructions clearly.

This role primarily involves indoor work, with occasional outdoor responsibilities that may expose the individual to various environmental factors.
Physical Requirements- Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
- Frequent standing and walking.

- Visual and auditory acuity for safety and operational tasks.
