Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Specialist to join our team at Telcom Construction, LLC. As a Project Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the management team to maintain project organization and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Perform various program tasks as assigned by project leadership, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain effective and complete project files, both physical and electronic.
  • Set up new projects, including creating project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Apply for, attain, document, and track project permits in a timely manner to facilitate continuous project flow.
  • Track project changes and scheduling delays as requested.
  • Apply industry standard and project-specific units to draw appropriate conclusions regarding units placed for production and billing accuracy as assigned.
  • Collect and review all project documentation, prepare the final closeout package, and submit to appropriate personnel and the customer in a timely fashion as required.
  • Identify documentation deficiencies and report to appropriate project leaders.
  • Act as backup to other project personnel, either within the same project or assisting with other projects, as directed.
  • Participate in any required continuous training.
  • Support all company policies, procedures, and initiatives related to project success.
  • Some travel may be required.
