Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our team. As a Medical Care Provider for Seniors and Complex Needs, you will provide evidence-based medical care for seniors and patients with complex needs.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine examinations and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other conditions.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain comprehensive plans of care.
- Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
- Active state DEA licensure.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written.
- Excellent time management skills with accountability for daily workflow.
