Job Description
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society's Rapid City, SD facility. As a key member of our caregiving staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents and collaborating with inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and implement effective care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting vital sign assessments.
- Collaborate with inter-disciplinary colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and coordinate resident transfers.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- Current licensure in good standing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
