Job Title: Technical Architect Java w/ GCP & MongoDB

Location: Duluth, GA (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to lead the design and development of cloud-native applications using Java, MongoDB, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB, as well as experience with cloud architecture and design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement enterprise architecture solutions using the TOGAF framework.
  • Design and implement microservices architecture for scalable and resilient applications.
  • Lead the design and development of web applications using Spring Boot, Java 8, Java 11, MongoDB, and React JS/Vue JS.
  • Architect and design cloud solutions using GCP to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Develop cloud-native applications and migrate existing applications to the cloud.
  • Define and maintain the overall solution architecture for various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on best practices, standards, and frameworks.
  • Integrate various systems and applications, including Dynamics AX, to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different systems.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the technology stack.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies that can enhance the development process and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of total experience.
  • Strong background in Java (Java 8 and Java 11), Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with cloud architecture and design, specifically with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
