We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Global Financial Services team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services among global financial services organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive adoption of AWS services among global financial services organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CxO/VP level executives, developers, and technical architects.
- Collaborate with AWS Product and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems.
- Work with Marketing to develop and align digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand.
- Own the GFS and FSI GTM strategy and execution for Accelerated Compute with teams in the field.
The WWSO team is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), which is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including financial services.
We work backwards from our customer's most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services, assessing the environment, to accelerating the adoption of cloud-native services for established businesses.
Requirements- 7+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience.
- 5+ years of technology domain experience in High Performance Computing, AI/ML, Math, Quantum Information Systems and Technologies, or similar accelerated computing technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
