Document Control Expert

We are seeking a skilled Information Management Coordinator to join our team at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The ideal candidate will have experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining health records and information management systems.
The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to develop document control procedures for technical documentation and its deployment in the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) document management systems. They will also ensure proper coordination, integration, and compatibility of short and long-range program objectives and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement document control procedures for technical documentation and its deployment in the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) document management systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper coordination, integration, and compatibility of short and long-range program objectives and policies.
- Conduct periodic records inventory and surveys to gather data on the implementation and effectiveness of the WTCHP records management program.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level, including experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining a health records and information management system.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop document control procedures and deploy technical documentation in a document management system.
- Ability to conduct periodic records inventory and surveys, analyze data, and prepare support documentation and training materials.
