Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Document Control Clerk in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Logging vouchers into accounting system to provide document tracking for invoices
  • Disseminating and tracking vouchers to project officers for administrative approval
  • Inputting critical voucher information into system, as applicable, to permit ultimate payment
  • Identifying and communicating deficiencies in invoice submissions by vendors and employees
  • Preparing the necessary documentation and tracking stop-payments on undelivered checks and/or obtaining copies of canceled checks to support contention of payment

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with government payments, receiving, controlling, and inputting vital information from the invoice to permit ultimate payment
  • Must be eligible for a Tier 1 Public Trust clearance
  • Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Understanding of Treasury‘s Bureau of Fiscal Service regulations and guidelines
  • Working Knowledge of payroll as it pertains to Personal Services Contracts
  • Excellent attention to details
