Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Froedtert Health's Northeast Medical Group. As a valued member of our healthcare community, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals.
About the RoleThis part-time position is available at our Harbor Town Campus in Manitowoc, WI. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and prescribing medications.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Masters degree in nursing required for Nurse Practitioners
- Bachelors degree in physician assistant studies required for Physician Assistants
- Current state certification as a PA or APNP required
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent required
- Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration required
