Job Title: Retail Shift Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Shift Lead to join our team at 5.11 Tactical. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales floor team to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure accurate and timely inventory management, visual merchandising, and store displays.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales floor team members to improve their sales and customer service skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store displays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree and/or 2-4 years of retail experience.
  • Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to provide a superior customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
  • Proven ability to assess talent and manage performance.
  • Proven business acumen with strategic and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
  • Schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
