Dialysis Patient Care Specialist

The Dialysis Patient Care Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the privacy, dignity, and well-being of patients in a safe, secure environment. This position exercises knowledge of patient rights and must demonstrate familiarity with dialysis procedures.
This individual will be assigned to a home facility and will support staffing needs at multiple facilities in an area or region. Our Full Time Float LPN Program offers a competitive salary, mileage reimbursement, variety of clinical experience, skill development, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- IV certification if required by state of practice.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior dialysis experience is preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Dialysis Patient Care Specialist. As a Dialysis Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting. You will work under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse and will be expected to exercise knowledge of patient rights and ensure an atmosphere that allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all patients.
