Permanent Neonatal Care Specialist - Macon, GA

Location:
Macon, Georgia

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Conduct assessments, monitor vital signs, and manage treatment plans for neonates.
Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate and support families regarding their newborn's care and development.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have current certification as a Neonatal Care Specialist and a Georgia state license. Experience in neonatology or pediatric nursing is preferred. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care are essential. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required.
