Nurse Care Coordinator for Acute Care Settings

At UCHealth Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Coordinator in acute care settings. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

About the Job

This is a Full-Time position working Nights. As a Registered Nurse at UCHealth, you will provide high-quality direct patient care, focusing on wellness and evidence-based practices. You will also have the opportunity to mentor new healthcare professionals in a dynamic and innovative clinical environment.

Requirements
  • A Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
  • ~ 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
  • Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth
  • Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
