Key Responsibilities
• Provide top-notch patient care in direct practice, utilizing evidence-based approaches to ensure optimal wellness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes through a multidisciplinary team approach.
  • Prioritize patient perspectives and incorporate best practices into daily care.
  • Develop expertise in direct patient care through precepting new staff members.
  • Stay up-to-date with innovative clinical practices and contribute to a culture of learning and growth.
  • Focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients and staff alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience).
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • At least 6 months of nursing experience.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
