Job Summary
In this role as a Customer Service Specialist at Insight Global, you will provide exceptional support to our customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns related to their accounts and services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

This onsite position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide top-notch service through various channels.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive customer information.

Benefits of this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, starting on the 31st day of employment. Additionally, you will have access to an HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, as well as a 401k retirement account with employer matching. Paid sick leave and other paid time off are also provided in accordance with applicable law.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
