Your Role as a Customer Service Representative


As a Customer Service Representative, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service by creating outstanding experiences for customers dealing with appliance issues.


Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling incoming calls with empathy and understanding.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Coordinating in-home service appointments with our skilled Appliance Repair Technicians.
  • Clearly communicating appointment details and required services to customers.
  • Managing parts orders and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Inputting data accurately into the company’s software system.

Job Qualifications

The following are the minimum qualifications for the Customer Service Representative role:
