Job Overview

This role involves performing various planning and design services, managing team activities, and overseeing project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and complete site plan designs
  • Attend local Municipal meetings/hearings and provide expert testimony
  • Prepare project technical specifications
  • Collaborate with clients and support their needs
  • Prepare cost estimates
  • Monitor and manage design team activities
  • Oversee administration of public bids
  • Manage external coordination with regulatory agencies
  • Review, evaluate, and test septic systems and soils

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in municipal/site/civil land development
  • Proven expertise in providing expert witness services
  • New Jersey Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
  • Pennsylvania P.E. license
  • NJ CME certification
  • Solid knowledge of local, county, and state land use regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience in preparing project technical specifications and cost estimates

Salary: $92,200-$153,800 per year
