About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time MedTech CNA to join our team at Senior Living Communities - Maxwell Group. As a MedTech CNA, you will play a vital role in providing medication management and support to our residents.

Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Additionally, we offer shift differential pay for working 3-11p and 11p-7a shifts.

Job Description

As a MedTech CNA, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing medication management services to assigned residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services.
  • Assisting with activities of daily living for residents, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for our residents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current NC CNA certification and certification as a Medication Technician.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Two years' experience in a similar healthcare position desired.

You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
