Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager to oversee the implementation and sustainment of a complex cybersecurity program in alignment with the Sodexo enterprise cybersecurity strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead stakeholder engagement with IT, Security, Clinical Executives, Quality, and Internal Audit teams
  • Develop and report on program metrics and KPIs as defined by the customer and the enterprise cybersecurity strategy
  • Maintain alignment with the Director of Cybersecurity and escalate risks or blockers as appropriate
  • Assemble teams, assign individual responsibilities, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of program initiatives
  • Design and manage highly complex technology solutions for multiple hospitals within an account
  • Apply systems engineering principles to solve problems and protect the organization from risks in real-time
  • Leverage expertise in clinical workflows, medical technology, IT, and cybersecurity to advise technology decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of management experience
  • 5 years of functional experience
