As a Mobile Associate at T-Mobile, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of wireless communication. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, build energy and excitement around our products and services, and continuously work to build expertise in uncovering customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
- Use digital tools to actively demonstrate our ever-expanding coverage and services
- Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
- Passionate customer advocate with a competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
