Sales Associate Job Description

Staffmark Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Bellevue, WA.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling goods to businesses or groups of individuals, demonstrating products, and explaining how they can benefit the customer. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of relevant business experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven professional experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
  • Ability to utilize technology in creating workplace and process efficiencies
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and relational skills
