Lead Veterinary Technician Position at ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital Pasadena

ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital Pasadena is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Veterinary Technician to join our dynamic ER team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and facilitate training for technical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Work closely with hospital management to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Supervise daily activities, provide feedback, and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with shift leads and department leads to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
  • Prioritize client experience and communication, coaching team members on best practices.
  • Address medical issues and resolve them to satisfactory outcomes.
  • Schedule technical staff to maximize coverage and minimize overtime.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Lead Veterinary Technician in ER/Specialty settings.
  • RVT license preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and commitment to teamwork.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
