Our firm specializes in hospitality projects and luxury residential design, requiring the ideal candidate to have experience in designing and managing projects in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Creative Director on design concepts for hospitality projects and luxury residential design.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using CAD and Revit.
  • Work with the interior design team to ensure the design concept aligns with the client's needs, vision, and budget.
  • Coordinate and liaise with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture and interior design, with a focus on hospitality projects and luxury residential design.
  • Proficient in CAD software, with Revit experience being a plus.
  • Strong design skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
