Position Overview:
This role entails a flexible schedule that encompasses evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support to library users through both in-person and digital channels.
- Assist patrons with a variety of library services, including bibliographic guidance and resource referrals.
- Facilitate access to library materials and shared resources, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Manage user accounts and provide support for various technological tools.
- Offer comprehensive access and reference services to Georgia Tech library patrons, including fulfillment, reference inquiries, and multimedia assistance.

Interaction with:
- Faculty, students, staff, unit management, and external community members.
- All internal and external patrons of the Georgia Tech Library.

Advisory Role:
- Provide counsel and support to faculty, students, and unit staff, as well as all library patrons.

Work Environment:
The Georgia Tech Library operates 24/7, ensuring continuous support for our community.

Compensation:
$24.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
Sunday to Thursday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
