Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet donors in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient donation process.
- Donation Processing: Receive and process donations, including sorting and loading/unloading trucks, while maintaining a clean and organized donation area.
- Security and Safety: Safeguard materials and track donations, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
- Communication: Courteously advise donors of acceptable and unacceptable materials, as well as our home pick-up service for heavy or large items.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve donation center goals and objectives.
- Availability: Must be available for a flexible schedule, including early shifts, late shifts, and weekends.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
